We are having glorious weather in Edinburgh just now, blue skies and sunshine. Thought I'd take myself off to a local park (Inverleith Park, a lovely place) and do a bit of writing and relaxing.
Fair to say, I did more relaxing than writing, but it was fun anyway. What writing I did manage to do in between staring around with a big smile on my face was on the start of a new novel. I bought a new, handmade notepad for the purpose which felt lovely to write it - it even has a pocket I can use for any clippings I take.
More about that when the idea is more formed. For now, more pics:
